Best eaten at room temperature on the day of purchase for the best quality.

Store in the fridge within an hour of collection or immediately after it has been delivered to you. Take it out 30mins before consumption.

Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as there are no added preservatives in our products. The tart shells will also become softer the longer it's being kept for.
