Serving Guidelines
Fresh Cream / Mousse / Cheese Cakes / Some Tartlets
- Best eaten chilled.
- Store in the refrigerator within 1 hour of collection or immediately after it has been delivered to you, until it is time to consume.
- Can be kept for up to 3 days.
- Do note that cakes will dry out faster when they are kept overnight.

Buttercream Cakes / Brownies
- Best eaten at room temperture. It will be soft when it is at room temperature.
- Can be stored in an air conditioned environment during the day, if not, please store it in the fridge. Do not store it in a non air conditioned environment.
- If you are keeping the cake overnight, it has to be kept in the fridge.
- If the cake has been in the fridge, take it out 1-2 hours before consuming.
- How early you should take the cake out is dependent on the size of the cake and how cool/warm the environment is.
- 4" and 5" - 1 hour
- 6" - 1.5 hours
- 8" & 10" - 1.5-2 hours
- Can be kept for up to 3 days.
