Serving Guidelines

Fresh Cream / Mousse / Cheese Cakes / Some Tartlets 


  • Best eaten chilled.
  • Store in the refrigerator within 1 hour of collection or immediately after it has been delivered to you, until it is time to consume. 
  • Can be kept for up to 3 days.
  • Do note that cakes will dry out faster when they are kept overnight.

Buttercream Cakes / Brownies


  • Best eaten at room temperture. It will be soft when it is at room temperature.
  • Can be stored in an air conditioned environment during the day, if not, please store it in the fridge. Do not store it in a non air conditioned environment.
  • If you are keeping the cake overnight, it has to be kept in the fridge.
  • If the cake has been in the fridge, take it out 1-2 hours before consuming.
  • How early you should take the cake out is dependent on the size of the cake and how cool/warm the environment is. 
  • 4" and 5" - 1 hour
  • 6" - 1.5 hours
  • 8" & 10" - 1.5-2 hours
  • Can be kept for up to 3 days.
