REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• For order cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, store credits will be issued for the full value of your payment, to be utlized within 6 months OR a 90% cash refund will be raised. 
• For order cancellations made less than 7 days in advance,  if we are able to cancel your order, store credits will be issued, to be utilized within 6 months. If we are unable to cancel your order as prepartions have started, 70% of the amount paid of store credits will be issued to you, to be utilized within 6 months
•  We reserve the right to reject any cancellation requests if we are notified less than 7 days in advance.
• Changes or cancellations made to deliveries may not be approved if we are notified less than 48 hours in advance. 

 

POSTPONEMENT OF ORDERS

• Requests to postpone orders must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• We reserve the right to reject any postponment requests if we are notified less than 7 days in advance.
