Inspired by a polular local dessert - Pulut hitam (cooked in-house) mixed with coconut chantilly cream sandwiched between layers of genoise sponge.

CAKE CARE & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- This cake is best eaten chilled on the day of collection/delivery.
- Please place the cake in the fridge within an hour of collection or immediately after it has been delivered to you.
- Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 3 days as we do not add preservatives to our products.
