This fresh and delicate cake consists of a light and moist vanilla genoise cake, with layers of velvety lychee mousse studded with chunks of lychee. The cake is encased in fresh chantilly cream.

Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as we do not add preservatives to our products.
