This cake is best eaten at room temperature on the day of purchase.
If the cake has been in the refrigerator, please take it out 1-1.5 hours before cutting and consuming. As the cake and buttercream contains butter, it will be hard if it is still cold.
Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for a maximum of 2 days as we do not add preservatives to our products.
Cakes with fondant decoration should not be kept refrigerated overnight.
