Our tarts are best eaten chilled on the day of purchase.

Please place the tarts in the fridge within an hour of collection or immediately after it has been delivered to you.

Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container, to be consumed the next day as we do not add preservatives to our products.

Do note that the tart pastry will soften with time.
