Our cakes are best eaten on the day of collection/delivery so that you can enjoy them at their best. We do not add any preservatives so it’s best to finish it as soon as you can. If not, leftovers can be kept for up to 2-3 days (including the day of collection), in an airtight container.

Buttercream cakes are best served at aircon room temperature. Hence, we recommend you to take it out of the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before consumption. This is so that the buttercream and cake can soften before you cut into it.

Inform us beforehand that you are only going to consume the cake the next day, especially if your cake has fondant decorations on it. Our staff will cling wrap the box for you so as to retain the cake’s freshness the best we can, and to prevent the fondant decorations from becoming sticky/melt slightly due to the condensation.

We have the recommended serving size for our standard cakes in the dropdown box when you proceed to the ordering page. For customized cakes, email us @ orders@bloomsburybakers.com and we will recommend you a size suitable for your party.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as fresh cream cakes are not stable enough for stacking. They have a soft fluffy profile which is not suitable for tiered cakes. Only buttercream cakes are suitbale to be tiered.

We are not able to refund you as it is too last minute. Call us at 6299 3450 to check if there is still time to postpone your order.

For standard cakes, cancellation within 3 days to the collection date may not be accepted.

For customized cakes, cancellation or changes to design and flavour less than 10 days to the collection date may not be approved.

We are not able to reduce the sugar amount in our recipes on demand. Adjusting the sugar amount in a cake recipe would require rounds of R&D as the amount of sugar in a cake affects not just the sweetness of the cake, but the texture as well.
