4 hour delivery window: $18 onwards based on location

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Your cake/desserts will be delivered between the time frame that was agreed upon. Our delivery personnel will call you or the recipient upon arrival. Please ensure that your mobile phone is with you at all times and that someone is ready to receive the cake(s).
In the event that you are uncontactable, our delivery partner will wait for you for 5mins (+/- depending on his schedule). If he is still unable to contact you, the cake/desserts will be sent back to the shop. The standard delivery charge will apply if you wish to arrange for redelivery.
We will not leave our products outside of a house unattended for the following reasons:
1. Contamination: We will not know if anyone or anything will come into contact with our products and contaminate them during the process.
2. Temperature: Most of our products are temperature sensitive so they will not last outdoors in the Singapore heat for an unknown period of time. Our products may melt, or even worse, turn bad.
3. Damage: We will not know if anyone or anything will come into contact with our products and damage them during the process.
