Inspired by a local dessert - Pulut hitam (slow cooked in house for hours) mixed with coconut fresh cream sandwiched between layers of genoise sponge.

- This cake is best eaten chilled on the day of collection/delivery as we do not add preservatives to our products.
- Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
- Please place the cake in the fridge within an hour of collection or immediately after it has been delivered to you.
